Are you a player from abroad (i.e. you do not have the Dutch nationality) and are you over 16 years of age? You might need a clearance before you are allowed to play in the Dutch competition. Was the last club/school you played for located outside of The Netherlands or have you never been registered with a club/Union before? In that case, you will need a ‘clearance’ from the Union you were last registered, or from your country of birth (even if you have never played rugby before…). Please ask your previous club for a ‘clearance’. This clearance needs to be signed by both your previous club, and Union. Please send the signed form to ledenadministratie@arcrugby.nl. If you do not have a previous club, please fill out the form and send it via email to ledenadministratie@arcrugby.nl indicating this.
